"I had an incredible stay at the Ritz-Carlton in Berlin and the highlight of my trip. The staff are the best I’ve come across, incredible attention to detail, highly intelligent and intuitive.
Special thanks to Domenico who was incredibly kind to all guests and you can tell how passionate he is about being hospitable and making everyone’s stay a wonderful experience. Many thanks also to Mandeep for their attentiveness without being claustrophobic. I mentioned in passing that I had a slight headache, and one of the staff got me special gadget that releases tension and improves sleep. Right to the doormen, smiles and care all around. Excellent team. "

"I recently stayed at the Mercure Hotel MOA Berlin and was thoroughly impressed with the overall experience. From the moment I checked in, the customer service was outstanding, staff members were consistently professional, attentive, and committed to ensuring a comfortable and pleasant stay. My room was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and provided a relaxing environment after full days exploring the city.
The hotel’s location is another major advantage. Situated in a highly convenient area, it offers easy access to a variety of restaurants and public transportation options, making it ideal for both business and leisure travelers.
The only minor area for improvement was the shower, which did not drain properly. While this was a small inconvenience, it did not significantly impact the quality of my stay.
Overall, I highly recommend the Mercure Hotel MOA Berlin and will certainly choose to stay here again during future visits."
