I paid for an IHG hotel and got a Hostel. I guess I’m expecting a certain standard, reinforced by the price. For a few more dollars I could have stayed at the JW. I should have. Don’t get me wrong, the place is OK, for a hostel. Staff was great, breakfast good, and as clean as you would expect for a hostel. If you want to stay at a hostel, this place is great. If you are looking for a hotel up to par with “western” standards, this is not it.

Rooms are spotlessly clean a good size the only downside is the bed is two singles put together but the separate when you turn over during night and then you nearly fall between them that's the only criticism the staff are friendly helpful couldn't do anymore for you really breakfast is probably what they would eat here in Germany decent continental .

Stayed here the 17-19th of june .. cane for the linkin park concert and the hotel blew me away .. great Space ... very clean and got a room service while i was away out enjoying berlin 😎 ... the staff was great young girl was there to check me in she was great .. well spoken polite with charm and very well presented

Parkering koster 19€ per dag. Hund 25€ per overnatning. Værelserne var rene og pæne, men intet køleskab, elkoger eller bord samt skabe. Hvilket jeg aldrig har oplevet før. Vi boede der to dage og der blev hverken redt op eller tømt skraldespande. Dele af personalet virker uengageret. Meget skrabet hotel oplevelse som kan gå an til en enkelt overnatning. Besser keine Bankdaten dem Hotel geben! Nachts wurde eine nicht autorisiert Abbuchung vorgenommen (hatten meine Bankdetails bei der Kurtaxe abgegriffen) und nur auf mehrmalige Nachfrage was da soll, dann im Nachhinein ohne Antwort zurück überwiesen. Scum? Leider auch sehr unfreundliche Mitarbeiter, keine Handtücher auf den Zimmern, musste dann lange warten an der Rezeption bis mir jemand Handtücher auf die Seite warf (also wollte ich etwas ganz ungewöhnliches) und dann auch bei der Frage nach der Abbuchung wollte die Rezeption nichts davon wissen und mir keine Hilfe leisten - mir wurde nur eine Visitenkarte hingeworfen zum Nachfragen!
