I may be a bit old-fashioned but the use of ‘Du’ instead of ‘Sie’ required a bit of and adjustment. Perhaps as a suggestion for improvement. My wife had an ankle injury (fractured her fibula) and at arrival it was not quite obvious where the elevator was so she had to climb a few stairs. It also would be nice if...
