"We had very good communication pre check in. The front desk was responsive and supportive when there was an issue with my credit card. Sebastian at the front desk was great. We also enjoyed Fabio, our server in the restaurant. Very personable and helped us with our Spanish. The property is beautiful and so tranquil. "

Grounds are beautifully landscaped and staff were very friendly. The free breakfast was great as well as the entertainment options! I would stay here again."

"I was a solo female traveler and I absolutely love this hotel. I felt safe and welcomed. I had a few scheduling hiccups and Tatiana at the front desk helped me out with all them and took care of everything. She’s the best! The hotel is in a great location, literally in the center of everything and Tamarindo Beach is across the street. I highly recommend 10 out of 10! "

"We enjoyed a great family stay. Comfortable beds and room for all 5 of us. The pool was great. Really appreciated the covered kids pool. Though would have like to see more shade/umbrellas at the pool. Or less people (who seemed to never show up) saving those seats with towels. The swim up bar was a great feature and all who work there were friendly and kind especially to our kids and their seemingly non stop pina coladas. All the food was good. Though disappointing to buffet other than at breakfast. From what we understood this was due to lower occupancy. Although the daily buffet theme was still advertised on the activity’s board. Live music at the 5 o clock somewhere bar was excellent both nights we went. The beach is beautiful and only a few steps across a sandy road to get there. Security guys happily got us chairs when we asked. Location was great with the marina and bit of shopping close by. Felt safe to walk. Definitely would stay again at Margaritaville Playa Flamingo "
