Super friendly, helpful and responsive staff!

Super recommend. Location is the best by far. Rooms big and very new. But over all that the staff was so amazing. We just left and would love to come back. Our son forgot his backpack in the train station and the manager was so helpful with all the calls. And after police helped us find. We are in love with China.

Everything was amazing. From the very first interaction to the very last farewell. The host always responds to my questions promptly. Provided assistance with transportation to and from train station. Had welcome drink and snacks for us. Room was spotless and very comfortable, location was awesome as well. Situation very close to the river. Short walk to everything. Would definitely recommend to others.

Great hotel in tongren

Very nice hotel! Very well located, and the people that run it are very nice. Always attentive of if I need anything. Even gave me a map with a circuit to do to see everything, and suggestions

Large modern room with comfortable bed and separate bathtub & shower. Quiet location. Staff do not speak English, which is typical even for Western branded hotels in China. My room smelled a bit like sulfur, strongest near the toilet, but common areas did not. Air conditioner did not work. When reported to front desk, the complaint was met with a shrug. A bit of a walk from the historic area, but a gated walkway serves as a shortcut.

This place makes us feel we are home. The staff always gives extra mile in service.Very close to tianmen mountain.. The room is well maintained and they always refill the toiletries and water.Breakfast is per order and very delicious.If you are in the area i will recommend to stay in this hotel.

I got a room with Mountain View, great! The swimming pool is good for kids, but requiring caps is a bit awkward.

Everything about the hotel was fantastic. The property was beautiful and the staff was wonderful. We will definitely be staying here again on our next visit.

Good breakfast and they have a free laundry room for free. Well maintained hotel and lots of restaurants nearby but if you are looking for Western foods there is none in the area.

Awesome stay! Location couldn't be better – right next to the cable car. Room was clean and comfy, staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast hit the spot with plenty of options. Free parking was a nice bonus. Totally worth it, would definitely come back!
