"By far the worst experience I’ve ever experienced in my 31 years of life from the moment I checked in, room service, additional fees that we were not advised of and did not provide the original room I booked they had to switch me over after complaining. The second night we found insects in restroom, also experienced bed bug bites throughout the stay. Very poor management (Gustavo) horrible experience will never ever return. Save yourself the money.
