What really made the trip special was the staff—they were genuinely happy and went out of their way to be helpful throughout our stay. The two-pool setup is a brilliant idea; we loved having the option of a quiet, relaxing swim in one pool or joining the high-energy entertainment at the other. Food-wise, the main buffet offered a great variety with different themes each day. The a la carte restaurants were fabulous overall, though we felt the Italian could have been a bit more authentic. This place clearly has a lot of repeat guests for a reason—we highly recommend it!""

"I have been to Cancun a lot and I never had bad experiences like this place …. Nice property but u can not do anything All restaurants are always booked u only can eat at the buffet … no room service . No restock in min refrigerator … no access to water park …….. only one pool available"

"The place was beautiful, with many yummy restaurants and decent drinks. Food was awesome, but breakfast was okay. Housekeeping was amazing and so sweet, adding cute touches to the room. The bartenders could have been kinder, but most of the staff was very friendly. Awesome place and would come back!"
