Beautiful location. Comfortable room, as advertised in pictures. Wonderful community feel. Welcoming and helpful staff. Great snorkeling right off the beach. Only downside was that there was a club nearby that was blasting music at night and we could really feel the bass. Made it hard to fall sleep.
Fun trip to Puerto Aventuras and a stay at Dreams Aventuras. Have made several trips to Cancun, Akumal and Tulum and this was our favorite resort by far.

*Size - resort was not gigantic by any means. One building for all guests and did't have to walk 10 minutes to get to the pool, beach, restaurants, etc. - not that we mind walking by any means. It just gave the resort a more quaint feel.

My wife and my 4 daughters stayed at the Barcelo Maya Palace to celebrate my daughter’s 15th Birthday. We loved every minute of our stay. The staff were friendly. The service exceptional. This was our second time here and I'm sure it won't be the last. We had room 107 on the first floor. Perfect view looking out over the pool and the Ocean beyond. We enjoyed the loungers by the pool and on the beach. Our whole stay was so relaxing! The service poolside or on the beach was superb. I have to admit the service for dinner in the restaurant was not quite up to par. The room was ever clean and comfortable. Over all we love the place.
Our stay was excellent! There’re many restaurant options and fortunately all were available despite COVID restrictions. The kids had a blast in the water park. Beach was private and free of seaweed. Drinks and food unlimited! My kids were frecuente visitors of the coffe shop. Since we visited ruing Christmas time, there were different shows ongoing that we all enjoyed. I definitely recommend stayin at the HR Hotel.

I had to pay 22 usd daily service charges . They have four resturant food quality is 5 to 7 stars . Avg launch or dinner per two adults and kid like 150 usd to 250 usd . Over all I am happy with my visit .
American style hotel. Cleaning service every day, very well taken care of, comfortable bed. The room had everything I needed! The rooftop pool and lounge was amazing. The location is super close to shops and stores, and a few minutes walk from the beach. Felt very safe and secure.
This is NOT an all-inclusive resort...the Blue Angel Resort is for the diver/traveler that likes to get out and immerse themselves in the local fare. It is very centrally located (you can walk to town...or rent a bike from the hotel), a great atmosphere (the staff is the best on the island), and has the best view of the sunset from your private balcony.
Villas de Rosa Beach Resort was great. If you're looking to escape the mega resort trap and get out on your own, this is the place for you. The staff was soooo great. A big thank you to Noel, the manager, our cleaning crew, and every staff member we encountered. They gave great recommendations of things to do and really looked after us.
