"We are at the buffet for dinner and there was sand in the Oha Soup and another Nigerian soup. The focus was overly spicy and I love spice but it was tooooooo much. The service is always excellent but the food was not the best. 3rd time staying here and was really disappointed"

In retrospect, I would have paid for the Lagoon view; it was worth the upgrade compared to a view of the electrical units. The water temperature would never get hot. The staff and restaurant service was 5-star."
