"I booked the apartment for 20 nights but on arrival I was told there is no reservation and I had to look for an alternative. No explanation was given, no solution, the hotel did not offer to accommodate me until they find the paperwork.
The hotel never offered any explanation, it is impossible to contact them, nobody answers the phone, the worst experience ever. No customer service whatsoever. Avoid!!!!"

Really warm and amazing staff. Hannah at the front desk stands out. She Helped with making transport arrangements, and telling me a bit about the area. The breakfast spread on the rooftop was really great.
There was a brief issue of safety concerns during my stay, but the duty manager and his team handled it expertly, impressively and amicably. They were very professional.

Awesome staff very polite and helpful. Very quiet environment and the rooms are very clean. The house keeping is awesome done in a timely manner. Food breakfast is so good wide range of verities. This was probably technically the nicest hotel I've stayed at in Lagos yet. Very beautiful room and shower. I don't know if I would stay again though. Breakfast was very bad. No egg station! And it was cold. Service was great though and tried to make the best of it. Also, unbelievable that there isn't a pool. Really quite a shame.
This is a fresh hotel close to the airport. Positive experience. The staff were nice and friendly. Mr Seun the GM at the time worked quickly to respond to questions in a timely manner. I was treated with respect at all times. I will be coming back here on my next visit to Lagos

The property was beautiful there was alot of lounge spaces for you comfort with out leaving the hotel ...the only thing was needed was proper towels hand towels face towels bath towels I asked and was provided bath mat couldnt wash up with that .
I really enjoyed my stay coming from America the room was very clean and food is great! I felt very safe and security was very good! I love the pool and the ocean breeze was so wonderful want to stay there all night it felt so good cool lol! The staff was marvelous professional and friendly!
