"I booked the apartment for 20 nights but on arrival I was told there is no reservation and I had to look for an alternative. No explanation was given, no solution, the hotel did not offer to accommodate me until they find the paperwork.
The hotel never offered any explanation, it is impossible to contact them, nobody answers the phone, the worst experience ever. No customer service whatsoever. Avoid!!!!"
"This place is terrible. I stayed in a superior room and i tell you, if the time was not so late, I would have left. I flushed the toilet, and water slayed on my knee! The faucet was so disgusting, I didn't even brush my teeth. I could go on and on. I'm just glad I only booked one night. "

Really warm and amazing staff. Hannah at the front desk stands out. She Helped with making transport arrangements, and telling me a bit about the area. The breakfast spread on the rooftop was really great.
There was a brief issue of safety concerns during my stay, but the duty manager and his team handled it expertly, impressively and amicably. They were very professional.

This is a fresh hotel close to the airport. Positive experience. The staff were nice and friendly. Mr Seun the GM at the time worked quickly to respond to questions in a timely manner. I was treated with respect at all times. I will be coming back here on my next visit to Lagos

I have stayed there in Nov and Dec 2014. I like the renovated motel. The staff are very helpful. I will recommend it for it location and convenience. Also offers free WIFI at the lobby. I felt safe living there, security cameras almost everywhere. Very close to the International airport. Somewhat pricey though. I will rate it as very good for Nigerian standard.
My experience at Presken Hotels Fajodd was exceptional. The customer service was outstanding, and I found the rates to be very reasonable, offering great value for my stay. From the moment I arrived, the receptionist was welcoming, and the manager was incredibly friendly and proactive in addressing all of my requests. I thoroughly enjoyed my time there and would highly recommend this hotel.

I will recommend this facility and I'll stay here again! I've stayed at Four Points which was wayyyyy more expensive with horrid rules! My second time staying in this hotel, best hotel in Lagos to me. No mosquitoes, very safe place, you can hang out around the hotel or outside the hotel. Close by market to shop, nice clothing store next door, suupermarker is close by too. You can take uber, or Okada or taxi to move around easily. The staff are well organized, disciplined & honest. Food is amazing, nice dinner buffet. Live music/band always at night, swimming pool is clean, gym is good enough. I’m very impressed. All the airports...
