Awesome staff very polite and helpful. Very quiet environment and the rooms are very clean. The house keeping is awesome done in a timely manner. Food breakfast is so good wide range of verities. Most importantly staff responds super fast to your every need. Thank you Night MOD, dinner staff lady that checks the room number and the cook and waiters great job. 👍👏

Overall, would likely recommend 👌 the 24/7 Electricity is topnotch, the staffs are competent and helpful.

The Hotel Providence is very clean. The ambience is excellent. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The check-in and check-out processes went very smoothly. Our room was spacious and quiet. The room had two different types of electric sockets. It has a bath with a shower as well as a shower cubicle. The shower followed well. Vehicles that enter the hotel go through a security check. The buffer breakfast is very good. However, the range of fruits available is limited.

This is a fresh hotel close to the airport. Positive experience. The staff were nice and friendly. Mr Seun the GM at the time worked quickly to respond to questions in a timely manner. I was treated with respect at all times. I will be coming back here on my next visit to Lagos

My stay at Sheraton Lagos was amazing!! I thoroughly enjoyed myself!!! The staff/security were super friendly, and very attentive!! If I requested anything, my needs were always met very fast!! Funmi, Charles, Johnson and Sunny are wonderful!! It was my very first time in Nigeria visiting with my Nigerian fiance and I wasn't disappointed at all!! I will definitely be back! I'd advise everyone coming from countries that give complete towels for bathing in the shower to bring your own body/face...

Great hotel! Very safe and clean!

It’s a beautiful hotel and was amazed with how clean and well kept it looks! It has the state of art furnishings. Nice soft beds that compares favorably with likes if Hampton and Hilton at the USA. They have central air conditioning systems and rooms and hallways are connected to the system! They also have a good selection of breakfast buffet! I definitely will be back!
