"I booked the apartment for 20 nights but on arrival I was told there is no reservation and I had to look for an alternative. No explanation was given, no solution, the hotel did not offer to accommodate me until they find the paperwork.
The hotel never offered any explanation, it is impossible to contact them, nobody answers the phone, the worst experience ever. No customer service whatsoever. Avoid!!!!"
"This place is terrible. I stayed in a superior room and i tell you, if the time was not so late, I would have left. I flushed the toilet, and water slayed on my knee! The faucet was so disgusting, I didn't even brush my teeth. I could go on and on. I'm just glad I only booked one night. "
"Looks a bit dated, but it was a nice and warm place. Clean facilities.
Really warm and amazing staff. Hannah at the front desk stands out. She Helped with making transport arrangements, and telling me a bit about the area. The breakfast spread on the rooftop was really great.
There was a brief issue of safety concerns during my stay, but the duty manager and his team handled it expertly, impressively and amicably. They were very professional.
I’ll definitely be back.

This is a fresh hotel close to the airport. Positive experience. The staff were nice and friendly. Mr Seun the GM at the time worked quickly to respond to questions in a timely manner. I was treated with respect at all times. I will be coming back here on my next visit to Lagos
Its an excellent place for work and relaxation. We stayed in 2 room and both were spotless with fine linens. The staff were respectful and nice. The most interesting was the sumptuous breakfast
Awesome staff very polite and helpful. Very quiet environment and the rooms are very clean. The house keeping is awesome done in a timely manner. Food breakfast is so good wide range of verities. Most importantly staff responds super fast to your every need. Thank you Night MOD, dinner staff lady that checks the room number and the cook and waiters great job. 👍👏
I really want to give compliments to the front desk and all the staff of the hotel for making it a great stay! Especially Debo who explained everything in detail and always all smiles! I will recommend this facility and I'll stay here again! I've stayed at Four Points which was wayyyyy more expensive with horrid rules! This hotel is very welcoming -- all the staff really do a great job! Kudos!!
Hotel staff were hiding the promo reduced rates for Christmas and it caused an issue before they finally accepted to show me the real promo prices! Wondering if they are keeping the extras for themselves....
