This is a beautiful hotel and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We chose it because we had an early flight and it is close to the airport, but we did not realize it's lack of convenience to the train station and historical old city. We used subways to get to these places because taxis are expensive in Milan. They had a wonderful breakfast buffet and they even put together breakfast bags for us upon request for the morning we were leaving because it was before the buffet opened.

This was my first stay at this NH hotel but my third with this brand and the Touring gets high marks. The guest is the focus from the moment you enter with a welcoming check-in, a water station and a separate coffee/tea station in the lobby, a staff that provides you with your password, a map and hotel information before you have to ask.
