I stayed at this hotel several times. This time with my dog. It was a very pleasant stay. Thé hôtel staff was very friendly, professional and accommodating. Rooms are spacious, nicely furnished. Hôtel is walking distance to many cafes, restaurants, parks. Overall a very great stay in Madrid.
I am a fan of Barcelo hotels but not of this one, i felt a little disappointed for the cost of the stay, but being in Madrid explained why is such this way. I uber most of the time and cost varies depending on time of the day but with a big increment for busy hours, the room was comfortable and quiet we had street view. Later in my stay i discovered that the metro stationPlaza Castilla, was in walking distance from there but I can’t say much because did not ride the it. There are few options...
Really loved staying here! We booked pretty late for our trip so we knew that this hotel was not near the city center. However it was a 5 min walk to the nearest metro station and then a 30 min metro ride to the center of Madrid which goes by a lot faster than you think. We were worried about using the metro but it was actually pretty easy!

The hotel itself was great. Breakfast was excellent. The only downside was that we had to walk a good 20 to 30 minutes to get to any of the popular tourist spots. But overall, we had a lovely stay there. And the rooftop deck and pool was a really nice place to go and relax.
The hotel was perfect for our weekend stay. One of the most important things for me is for a hotel to be clean and it definitely was. The staff was friendly & helpful. Breakfast was great. The location was slightly outside the city center but close to two metro stops and two bus lines so getting around was easy. I would recommend this hotel and I would go back as well.
Cool location. Parking was convenient. LOVED the decor and art. Delicious breakfast. Santa Ana square had great food options. You are in the heart of the adventure and all the disco people will invite you to their clubs at night.
We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights and it was all we hoped for. Reasonable price in a quite area close to the main parts of Madrid. The breakfast each morning was outstanding and the room plus common areas were extremely clean. There is a really nice park about 2 blocks to the west. I liked that you could not hear cars or people on the street below, which can be a common problem in big European cities. Hotel staff was very nice. Would highly recommend this hotel when visiting Madrid.
This hotel is conveniently located near several points of interest, especially the Atocha train station. The hotel is on a corner which makes it easy to grab a taxi. We walked 10 minutes to Prado Museum. The room was quite comfortable for 4 people. We stayed overnight to grab the train so it was perfect!

Room was great, nothing to complain about. Also gym room was pretty good. I picked this hotel as it was very close to M7, so easy to get to and get back from Estadio Cívitas Metropolitano. Lots of shops nearby, a big Lidl right next to the hotel, great restaurants in a walking distance. Easy to get to the airport, if you dont have luggage, with the same metro. Or a short trip with Bolt or Uber which is less than 20 euros. I'm definitely going back there next time i travel to Madrid. Loved the...
Convenient location. Had a bad encounter with the front desk. She was rude and obnoxious. I asked about a trolley to bring the luggage down. She told me they had no trolley, I told her it was a lie because I had seen one the day before. She then told me I would have to wait until her colleague arrives at 9, because only her one was working. Bad encounters like this can put a bad name in your business. This should have been handled in a more polite manner. I therefore has to drag my luggage down...
