Nice hotel, 500 mtrs from Renfe metro rail takes 26mins to SOL, very convenient. 5 mins to bus stop. From Airport Take 827 to Tres cantos, we used bus to and fro to airport T4. Convenient buses every 20mins on weekdays and every 1hr on weekends. Fare is 2.6 euros per person. Cab would have been 40 euros. Good breakfast served from 6.45am to 10.30am.
