There’s nothing like a warm welcome and deeply curious staff, invested in their craft and your experience. We arrived to a beautiful hotel and a team that wanted to know about us, genuinely curious, led by the remarkable Francois who, once he learned that we were going to walk the Puy, shared an enthusiasm that was infectious. That the rooms are gorgeous is almost a given. They are. As are the pool and bar. Francois embodies grace. Wow.

The hotel more than met our expectations. Our family of 4 stayed in the room on the 4th floor and it had plenty of room for all of us. Would definitely stay again.

This was a great hotel and we enjoyed it very much and would go back again. The dinner at the restaurant was the best of our French trip and we had some very good meals.

This is a lovely hotel, with very nice staff and a great breakfast. We chose this hotel mainly because of location and it has parking, but the whole experience has been great. The person at the front desk was so helpful in recommending a restaurant on a Sunday evening too. We have travelled the world and this is one of our favorites overall.

The room we had was very clean and very comfortable with large lockers. The location is great because it’s only about a 10 minute walk to the center of the city, to the Hotel de Ville (City Hall). There’s a very nice courtyard just off of the reception and bar area which is a great place to meet. The staff was really nice and very helpful so we thank them very much. The buildings in the area have a lot of graffiti, so at first it seemed a little sketchy. But it felt fine once we got acquainted...

Location,staff ,food !!!!!! Service was amazing . Staff super helpful. Can't have a better area to be in. Room was great with wonder amenities and housekeeping services. Would go back in a heart beat and just a general over all comment... what a great city

Clean and well maintain room, friendly staff,hotel is in the center of Lyon, all high end stores on the same block and restaurants near by as well as the subway, would recommend to stay here, this is my second time staying here!

The hotel is very nice. It is well decorated, super well located, and it has a very nice vibe to it. The building is old, so there are a few things you should take into account: the elevator is small and slow, and halls are small and a bit inconvenient. But the rooms are big and well furnished, very clean, and very nice. The bathroom in my room was very spacey, and well equipped. The room itself had a balcony with a great view of the city, and very good heating. Breakfast was not outstanding,...

Super clean room with a small kitchen and less than two blocks from the main train station with restaurants and everything close, I travel constantly and this property is a great value with a helpful staff.

I was pleasantly surprised and impressed with the location ease of transportation and shopping, professionalism of the staff, and the general atmosphere. It will be my place to stay everytime I am in Lyon

Great desk staff. Friendly, helpful, enthusiastic. The room lacked a few amenities such as place mats, napkins, paper towels. Laundry facility was not very comfortable. We were wary of the “we wash” app.
