The hotel is a great finding in Lyon. The location is perfect, the hotel is super cute, the staff is lovely. Karine, who works at the reception, is super nice and kind, he elevated our experience at the hotel. the room was super comfortable with a working AC, which is fundamental these days. Totally recommend this hotel.

Hotel has a great location for walking in the center of the city. Room was ready on time, was clean and A/C worked super well in the hot summer weather. Only complaint was that the bathroom light seemed to require all lights to be on in the room in order to work, which was inconvenient if you needed to use it late at night. Hotel staff was courteous. Great staff at reception and breakfast, the rooftop breakfast is great. Rooms are clean and spacious. Only downside is a bit style over substance eg the bath looks great but it’s impractical and a walk in shower would be much easier. And no refrigerator at all.

The manager was absolutely outstanding and helpful on our arrival and then again on our departure-he went beyond the call of duty walking outside to give us directions as an example. Our room safe was not working properly when we arrived and a maintenance person showed up and fixed the problem in under 20 minutes Great location in the center of town.
