"Clean room"

"The staff at this establishment were very rude, not helpful, threats from the manager about releasing my rooms. We were asked to make a payment for 11:00 am when their policy states check in only at 4:00 PM. I selected “pay at the property” when I booked this hotel and yet the manager who I spoke to over the phone mentioned he will get rid of my rooms if I don’t make a payment at 11:00 am. This kind of service is not should not happen to anyone. The manager gave away my hotel room upon arrival, I am not sure why they would do this but ever since the threat at 11 am it seemed he was sure to do this to me. Hopefully this issue can be resolved and thank you very much. "

"Really noisy from 10:30 pm to 01:30 am with young kids running around, 2 different women yelling in corridors and many door slamming issues. Tried 6 times to contact hotel staff without answers. If you want to relax and enjoy your stay,.. think about it twice"

"Beautiful property with a healthy full breakfast. The owner is sweet and very much hands on. The beds are extremely comfortable and the rooms are charming. Highly recommend 👍"

"Pros: - slide, pool and pool area clean and lots of fun for the kids - room was clean - breakfast was generous and good Cons: - rules not enforced: young kids playing hockey (with sticks) in the halls at around 7 p.m. - noisy at night making it extremely difficult to sleep (screaming kids with parents in the hall making noise up to 10 p.m. even after TWO requests at the front desk for them to quiet down). - noisy fridge that made it impossible to sleep unless unplugged If you want to get a good night sleep before a competition, this is not the place to go."
