Best hotel I have stayed at in quite some time. The breakfast buffet was wonderful. The homemade bread was excellent. The room was bigger than expected and the beds were comfortable. We stayed here to get away from the crowds at Venice and could not have picked a more relaxing area. The river runs right next to it. The town has a train station with a direct route to Venice. We drove our car to the station (plenty of free parking) and took the train in to Venice each day. I would highly recommend...

If you have an early flight departing Marco Polo Airport, staying at this hotel is the way to go. This is my second stay in the past three months; and they did not disappoint! With their extensive shuttle service that operates from 04:40 until midnight, no worries about getting to the airport on time. This service is only 5 euros per person. Staff is friendly and accommodating.

Loved the staff and the view of the canal. So convenient to piazzale Roma and st Lucia. The breakfast offered by the hotel is exceptional and so affordable. You won’t regret staying here:)

This hotel was clean and comfortable with a great buffet breakfast. The location is a 3 minute walk from the train station but is on a quiet side street so it is away from all the hub-bub and crazy fray in front of the train station. I was surprised at how quiet the little street was that it is on. There were even a few nice restaurants on the side street. Hotel Plaza Venice is an upscale property with clean and spacious rooms. We booked a 2 King bedroom for 4 adults and the room was large and the bathroom was big with a walk in shower with a hand held shower spray and a large ceiling rain shower head. There was a separate room for the toilet. The beds were medium firm and not rock hard, so that was OK for all of us that like soft beds. The hotel is clean, conveniently located, and very cute. Taking the advice from a previous reviewer, we got a canel view (rm3), and we loved it so much. It can be noisy if you’re sensitive to noise but didn’t bother us (in fact we slept so well). It’s the second time we stayed in the hotel. We had an absolutely amazing experience! The staff went above and beyond to ensure we were happy and comfortable. Its location is ideal as in less than 5 minutes walking distance are all the main attractions. The facilities and rooms are at 5 star level.

This is a perfectly situated hotel. It’s walkable to all major landmarks and located right on the Grand Canal. If you don’t feel like walking, there’s a water bus stop immediately outside the hotel! I don't remember the name of the employee who was at the counter at the time of my check out on October 1, 2023. We were a group of 6 people who needed a large taxi to transport us to the airport and the employee very kindly called us a taxi. Unfortunately when I got out of the taxi I lost my credit card inside the taxi. This was an incredible hotel and right in the center of everything right at the landmark bridge.

The room was fine, and it was nice that they had an electric kettle to make tea. There's no restaurant at the hotel but they have a shuttle that will take you over to a nearby one, just a few blocks away, for free. I was a bit disappointed that the airport shuttle was 15 euros and only took about 4 minutes to get there.

EVERYTHING about the hotel was excellent. Great friendly staff, BEAUTIFUL room, wonderful breakfast, cleanliness was impeccable, room darkening shutters kept room very dark for sleeping. One VERY IMPORTANT thing to me was the water pressure in the shower. Most hotels have such wimpy water pressure, it takes forever to shower, but not here. This is a charming hotel. It is in a great location near shops and restaurants. On the other hand there is no “traffic” noise because it is located on a a small alley. My inability to speak Italian was not a problem.

This is a beautiful European boutique hotel. They have their own dock on the canal and kindly arranged for pick-up at the airport and a water taxi directly to their dock - it was effortless for us. The hotel is immaculate and the service was impeccable. To address the concerns of those of us from the states - there is an elevator, the a/c is great and the bathrooms are modern, beautifully tiled and well equipped with lovely towels, very nice toiletries and even slippers. It is such a wonderful place. I've been there twice now and it truly feels like home. The staff is just so incredibly skilled, professional, helpful and friendly and the bedrooms are so beautifully decorated and comfortable. I've stayed in many different hotels in Venice but Ca' Sagredo goes straight to the top of my list!
