Awesome front desk lady!!! She was friendly and gave us a lot of great, useful information. So nice to have the pool and hot tub, breakfast was good. My only issue (and not anything that can be changed until it is completed) was the construction on the hotel. They are fixing it up quite a bit, so the parking got a little limited, and the construction guys were out working kind of early with hammers, etc. Otherwise always a great place to stay. We've been here multiple times.

Very nice property. Courteous staff. Breakfast was good. Reasonable rates. Large rooms. Pool and hot tub were enjoyable. Pool area open from 10 - 12 adults only.

My stay at the Appletree Bed and Breakfast was amazing. While I did not get to enjoy their made to order breakfast as I was out of the B&B too early every morning the rest was great. Communication was prompt, room was clean and well stocked and the bed was so comfy.

this is my second time staying there , that speaks a lot !

Chose this hotel based on other reviews, It lived up fully to the high ratings. Breakfast was good, room immaculate, spacious, and VERY QUIET. I am returning in a week to the same area and will definitely stay here. Actually looking forward to it versus the usual dread of yet another hotel.

The property was quiet and clean. The staff is great! Breakfast had a lot of options and wasn’t the same every morning. I would definitely recommend!

We were pleased with the condition of this hotel, it seemed pretty new. Everyone was clean and the room was great. Nice and spacious, clean and comfortable. The kitchen in the room was perfect. The breakfast was very good also and had a good variety.

We stayed one night again with our two furry family members because we had a great stay the first time. Staff was super friendly, room was very clean. The park behind the hotel was wonderful. We will stay here again the next time we are in-town.

It was very comfortable and clean. I must say a large, angry dog confronted my husband. The owner had to pin the dog against the wall. It would be nice if pet friendly also meant the pets are friendly.

It was good. More blah blah blah blah blah is that enough. It was a hotel. I slept there. Used the pool. The pool had water which I find attractive in a pool. I liked the hotel a lot and gave a positive review and I'm a writer and I usually get paid two cents a word. Sorry, ranting that I have to put a minimum here when everything else says it all.

Easy Zoom call check inn, convenient location. Breakfast was ok.

I enjoyed my experience while in town for a business trip.
