We had a great time at Wyndham Santa Ana. The employees did a great job they were very attentive.

Staff member was knowledgeable and attentive-when TV didn't work in our room, we were given a second room just for TV viewing! Now THAT'S accommodation! Stunning interior-piano to play in the lobby-beautiful décor. This was the one hotel where I didn't want to leave, but could have stayed in the lobby/drawing room all day.

This hotel is absolutely gorgeous! It’s a renovated hospice and every detail has been attended to. The showers were large and wonderful! The staff is courteous and friendly. Everything is very up to date and the entire property is very clean. The morning buffet is 5 star and so is the adjoining restaurant. Be sure to check out the beautiful chapel in the hotel! Also the hotel is right next door to a National Park with live animals. Definitely would stay again!

Grand Hotel is a stunning property. They took really good care of us, from airport pick-up to giving us milk for my toddler late at night. The receptionists were happy to help us with directions and answer any queries. The Grand Hotel pool is an oasis, it was breathtaking. We stayed here two nights. Breakfast spread was amazing and the food was delicious. We ate one dinner there too, totally worth it! Excellent service, great staff, breathtaking pool, decent-sized rooms, centrally located!

Excellent clean

It was one of my best choices the staff was very courteous always willing to make you feel comfortable. The room is spacious, comfortable and very clean. I slept like a baby. Definitely I would recommend The Palace hotel to anyone you won't regret it. I stayed two nights when I arrived and when I came back i booked the same hotel two more nights just to spend my last days in Guayaquil. This will be the second time I write this .....I like the stay on this hotel it was excellent location....., close to all places that I want to visit it......price was excellent ....the staff that it work there the best , friendly , Cortes and really helpful... I recommend this place to all people you will have a good time ..in the pool , gym or the sauna was nice and clean.

Great quiet clean rooms nice place the only bad side was the restaurants only have sandwich's for dinner, we arrived at 10:30pm after a long day traveling without food (plane) we wanted a room service but wasn't available at that time we arrived hopefully they can rearrange kitchen hours thanks

We were on a dream vacation using Guayaquil as a stop over point before heading to the Orient on a tour. My partner mistakenly left his credit cards in a bedside table drawer here. We didn't notice until a week into our vacation. On our tour, which ended in Guayaquil, we painstakingly backtracked our steps. This hotel has convenient, free, parking. It is clean and modern. The staff are all professional, friendly, and speak excellent english. The walls are a little thin but guests are pretty quiet. The pool on the 16th floor is open to the outside and wonderfully warm. The restaurant served an excellent buffet breakfast but dinner was so-so and pricey. I recommend finding dinner elsewhere. This place is a hidden gem! An oasis of calm in the middle of a bustling, dirty city. It feels like home. The employees extended such hospitality that we felt like we were staying at a friends house. Highly recommend!

This is my 2nd time staying at this hotel. I got no complaints, and I would definitely come back on my future visit to Ecuador. The staff was very polite, attentive, and responsive. The check-in and check-out process is pretty fast, and there is always someone I can talk to or call. I had a problem this time with the safe box.
