Great location, quite, best in town, only few stairs from main street. Beautiful decorated, super clean and very comfortable apartment. Friendly, very kind and helpful host Dubravka. The property is perfect, brand new with underfloor heating. Luxurious, cosy with lot adds such as Rituals. Worth every euro, this is a 5 star accommodation. Tomas is a superhost! He took care of everything, from check in to check out. Starting with parking, he saved us from making an exorbinant parking mistake. He personally walked us to the apt, which was sumptiously decorated, with everything one will need when traveling. Also extremely clean and comfortable. The location is the best in the city, minutes from Pile Gate. He shared recommendations of the best places to eat. Tomas made sure we had a Five star experience!

I am really happy I decided to stay at this hotel! I went during off season with a friend. Our room was really clean and modern with an incredible view. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The hotel is not in Dubrovnik, but it was close enough that we were able to get into the city by car or water taxi. There is a small beach in front of the hotel, but take the water taxi into the city or to one of the other islands for the best beaches.

Hotel was gorgeous and very clean. We reserved ocean front balcony and it was worth it to have a view of the ocean. The pool was amazing with lots of chairs and umbrellas. The beach was also nice (bring water shoes as the beach is rocky) with lots of chairs and umbrellas. This hotel is a bit out of the way from all the downtown things (which we liked for the quiet aspect) so food options were more limited, but the food the hotel offered and few restaurants on property were very yummy.

This is one of the best properties we have stayed at anywhere in the world. The setting on the Adriatic is stunning, and the staff and services are all top notch. Just about every room has a view of the water. It's walkable to Dubrovnik but a little far in the heat so they have a convenient shuttle. The food options on premises are abundant and all very good. It's hard to over recommend this place.
