The hotel is a perfect luxury stay for relaxation. The seamlesness of it all made me feel very welcomed. The only minuses are the pool boys’ lacking skills in hospitality (all other staff were very polite) and the overpricing of in room service compared to the dinner buffet.

The rooms have been renovated and are very nice, and the facilities are generally very good. The WiFi is terrible, it’s fine sitting in reception but barely worked in the room at all, that should be an easy fix. There aren’t enough beds at the pool and beaches for the number of rooms and despite the rules people still reserve them making it a pain. The golf carts down to town were a really good service and it’s near to lots of great restaurants, boat trips etc

Many of the staff, especially at the reception, were ignorant or rude. The hotel’s interiors and service are more like those of a two or three star hotel, but you’re paying five-star prices, so it’s definitely not good value for money. The room was okay, but the bathroom smelled bad. The best thing about the hotel is the beautiful surrounding natural scenery.

Staff were attentive and accommodating, cleaning our room every day with care. Breakfast was always a highlight every morning with lots of options, the omelette station was a favourite of mine. spinaker bar, the downstairs lower level beach was our most frequent place to visit as we enjoyed pool side service and relaxing during the lovely weather. Hotel Croatia was such a lovely experience and would highly recommend to other visitors

The rooms were very spacious and comfortable, with beautiful views that made the experience even more relaxing.
