Absolutely stunning hotel located in central Porto close to Sao Bento train station. My room, a Double design room with a generous balcony was beautiful. The premises was exceptionally clean. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Things that are good to know; The beds are firm to hard. The pillows are on the small side, akin to a larger version of the ones you find on airplanes. The lighting in the bathroom is somewhat dark. Loved my stay and will come back if ever on Porto again.

I am writing to share my wonderful experience during my recent stay. The location was perfect and provided easy access to everything. The entire staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. I would like to specifically mention Suraya, who was a sweetheart and always willing to assist us. Additionally, the gentleman at the front desk provided us with many excellent tips and suggestions.
