Good location, and very well maintained and clean property. Staff kept us updated on Whatsapp on when the room was ready, and provided somewhere to store luggage as we were on an early morning flight. The rooftop terrace was great to enjoy the sunsets over the rooftops. If you could give an 11 out of 10 I would!

This is like a guest house and a wonderful place to stay that is close to everything in Porto. Rita was very helpful. The laundry was close by. Morning breakfast at the local bakery and the lunches at the marketplace. Close to the metro and convenient for walking around.

Stayed here for 1 night only. Two adults one young child so was fine for us. Short walk form Bolhao metro station. Sofa bed was very short but no issues for our child but wouldn't recommend for an adult. That said, me our needs and kitchenette was very useful. Roof terrace was lovely in the evening and staff were great.

We didn’t interact with any staff during our say. We were there 3 nights and the room was not made up. We didn’t really care as we can make our own bed. There is an elevator contrary to a previous review. The room was spacious and had a small kitchen. Very convenient location, lots of restaurants close by and a short walk to the Balhao Market

You basically no contact with staff, only when you go down for breakfast on the first day when she ask the room number, after that she will ignore you the whole time. Don’t bother including breakfast unless you like boiled eggs. My son did not even went down for breakfast for the 3 days that we were there because there was only boiled eggs and toast.

Great location in the heart of Porto, we were a quick walk away to the main city centre. Room was spacious and clean. Note the room is only cleaned every two days but we requested fresh towels and they were delivered quickly. We had an issue with our safe and the hotel was responsive and sent someone to fix the issue right away. Luggage storage was provided which was very convenient. Only thing to note is this hotel does not have an elevator so if you are travelling with large bags I would suggest requesting a room on a lower floor. We did not select the breakfast as it seemed overpriced and instead walked to a local cafe that opened early a 3 min walk up the street.

There was no communication from this property once we were there. There was no daily housekeeping throughout duration of stay - despite reservation clearly stating there would be. We were there for 3 nights with no change in towels, bedding or even toilet paper.

Bad experience . We were never given email instructions for check in and ended up stranded in the street (it’s a self-checkin property). There was no email or phone number for me to call landlord ahead of time to receive check in instructions. Tried phone number on the door when we arrived - no one answered. Received a call back three hours later but that was too late. It was getting dark and we needed a place to stay We had no choice but to find another hotel at 5pm which cost a lot of extra $ and stress. I’ll never book a self-check-in property again.

Es una excelente opción para visitar Porto, todo cerca, metro, paradas de autobús, supermercados, atracciones, y una gran comunicación del hotel, apoyo total para estancia. Realmente excelente opción calidad y precio, mi estancia fue en un departamento para 5 personas y todos estuvimos cómodos, dos baños y cocina básica .

A gerente do espaço, muito cordial e educada, esqueci a senha e o celular no quarto e mesmo sendo tarde, ela me atendeu prontamente e me passou a senha. A limpeza deixa a desejar, fiquei 2 semanas hsopedada lá, nas datas da limpeza, trocaram as toalhas, porém não lavaram nem o vaso sanitário. Tinha uma tv que não estava pegando nenhum canal, comuniquei, mas nada foi resolvido. Os utensílios da cozinha, são mínimos, deixando um pouco a desejar. A casa disponibiliza vários livros para leitura durante a estadia.
