The property was gorgeous - marble everywhere. The staff was extremely professional, accommodating, multilingual. I was surprised that the gym was not on par with the rest of the services, but you could still do what you needed to do.
The best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at, and I had a wonderful experience at the Barcelo Concorde Les Berges du Lac. Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check - in to the cleaning staff and restaurant was delightful and eager to help. I can't say enough about how perfect this place was. The location is absolutely perfect and I used the map and recommendations provided throughout my trip. I stayed in the Blue Room and the original tiles were beautiful. The breakfasts every morning were absolutely delicious. Every one of them could be on the menu at any top brunch place in New York City. The cat also made my trip. It never came into my room, but waited for me outside of my door every morning wanting a cuddle.
Wonderful hotel, super helpful staff, beautiful, quiet rooms and a lovely garden in the back where you can sit and enjoy a coffee. The fresh cooked breakfast is a nice way to start the day.
The rooms are very clean, the beds have cozy duvets and plenty of pillows. We were there in the winter and the rooms had heat and were plenty warm. Our room was up 2 floors of stairs, they also have ground level rooms (and stairs are the norm in Tunis). The sitting area outside our room was nice and...
The staff are nice and welcoming. The hotel has spectacular view of the Mediterranean Sea. All meals were authentically Tunisian and its delicious!! They always made sure your room was clean.
The staff and managers are very friendly and helpful. The room is comfortable and clean. Prices are very reasonable. If you're driving, they have secure underground parking. And the breakfast buffet is very nice.
I really enjoyed my staying at this hotel, super clean, friendly staff, and above all the breakfast is awesome which is a blend of western and Tunisian food. I highly recommend this hotel.
