The room was very clean with good shower and most of all the air conditioning worked as it was very hot in Tunis. The staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast can be busy, also the breakfast was decent, it was enough to get me through the day. Also the hotel is in walking distance of the main attractions.

Overall, I really enjoyed my stay, particularly the hotel's location. It was incredibly convenient for exploring Tunis, with easy access to the medina and downtown area, as well as the suburbs of La Marsa, Sidi Bou Said and Carthage via the nearby train station. For the price paid, I thought the hotel offered good value for money. It was well maintained, the reception staff were attentive and helpful, and breakfast was generous. My only criticisms were that the hotel felt a little dated in places and, by the end of my stay, I was rather fed up with sleeping in a single bed, although admittedly that was entirely my own doing as I'd chosen the room! Overall, a pleasant stay in a great location, particularly for anyone wanting to explore Tunis and its surrounding areas.

Great location, surrounded by many shops and cafes. Staff were very welcoming and sweet. Offered to refill coffee and give water for free. Room was clean, wifi strong and AC worked great. This place was better than some other 4 star hotels I stayed in Tunis. Would strongly recommend.

I choose the smaller economy room this time, and it was still decently sized. Also spent more time relaxing on the lounges on the 4th and 5th floors. Honestly, the hotel is great. Good location, helpful staff, close to a Monoprix supermarket.
