"Room was very clean and spacious. The staff are very welcoming and helpful. The included Breakfast is amazing and the hot tub on the roof just puts its over the edge of amazing! Great place, definitely will be back next time I’m in Chania"

"The breakfast restaurant staff was awesome, as well as most of the front desk. Unfortunately, the first person we encountered seemed bothered by a request to see if we could get aroom earlier. We arrived very early and understood that it was a long shot. However when we came back several hours later and asked if any update. We received a snarky remark that it would be ready at 3. Ok we get that. I said I thought maybe i missed a call since i was told we would be updated. We then proceeded to watch 3 other people get rooms prior to 3 pm. If they were part of a special hotel program I get it. Like a Marriott. However, family owned. My wife didn’t want to cause any drama but it did put a momentary damper on our 20th anniversary celebration. Beautiful hotel and location. Condescending behavior is not necessary. Bartenders were great too. very friendly and accommodating "

The cleanliness of the room, friendliness of the staff and the location of the hotel is already making us want to come back very soon. Thank you Vergina Beach Resort for everything. "

"Really great stay in Chania. Amazing location where you can walk along the water to the Old Town. Clean hotel, spacious room with great amenities and friendly staff. The parking onsite was such a nice feature - best to book in advance of your stay to secure a spot. After a day of adventuring, it was so nice to know we’d have a guaranteed, convenient place to park when we got back to the hotel. Truly only have great things to say about this place after 7 nights there!"
