Would like to have a shuttle to and from the closest locations only 10min away. Taxis are pretty expensie and a shuttle would be a value add.
Check in was easy and the hotel is very secure. They provide specific instructions prior to arrival for accessing the door for the entrance and a lockbox code for the room key. The view from the room with the partial sea view/pool view room was excellent and we enjoyed the lounge beds and terrace area that was provided with our room. Had a great 6 day stay with my wife from Sept. 8 -14/15. They gave us an upgrade to a beautiful bungalow. The premises were absolutely impeccable and the buffet breakfast was outstanding.

Expedia moved us to the Plaza Resort Hotel when Eden Beach Resort Hotel cancelled our reservation the day before we were to arrive. We are so glad they did; we really enjoyed the Plaza. The room was large with hardwood floors, and had a great balcony overlooking the pool and the sea. It appeared that the rooms had recently been completely remodeled. Staff at the reception were extremely friendly, helpful, and polite. I particularly appreciate Polina and Konstantin who were always there to help with whatever questions I had. I also want to mention the staff at the restaurant who were assisting with breakfast. Additionally, my room was cleaned every day and every time when I was outside in the city.
Great location, nice big space, modern furnishings. Sometimes it took awhile to get a response to messages but the woman who was on site at times was super helpful when we ran into her. Our balcony door didn’t work properly so we were unable to sit at the cute table and chairs outside. But overall a great spot and would definitely recommend it.
Hotel is lovely. Room was large and shower excellent. The staff is very helpful and courteous. It is located near the Acropolis and plenty of restaurants. We even received breakfast boxes because we had an early morning flight. I would highly recommend.
Hotel has great facilities and wonderful staff. Very good location. 10 minutes by taxi (10 Euro) to metro that takes you to down town. All rooms are facing the beach with nice balconies. The free open buffet Breakfast is excellent with plenty of food. Ideal for May-October when the outside pools are open. The indoor pool and recreation facilities are extremely expensive with 45 Euro per visit.
Amazing location. Walkable to nearly everything and felt safe. Hotel is right across from Montastraki station, so somewhat noisy & looks sketchy, but do not let this deter you! Staff was extremely nice and helpful. Rooms were beautiful and beds were comfortable. Spent 2 weeks traveling and this was the most comfortable bed. Would 10/10 recommend.
We stay at Athens Gate every time we visit Athens. The staff is wonderful. They are friendly, helpfu, and always give great recommendations for restaurants, sightseeing, etc.we have stayed at the Gate often and have never been disappointed.
