Hotels in Jozankei

"Our stay at Jozankei was so peaceful and relaxing! We loved our room with the private tub, the staff was professional and on point, and the food was delicious! The facility is spotless and we loved all the details and extras they add to make the stay feel special."

"One of the properties that we want to go back to. We had a great time and did not wanna go anywhere. Staff was so friendly and helpful. Room was spacious, comfortable and super clean. We did have a foot massage at the spa and it was good. We wish we could have stayed longer."

"I wish we stayed here longer, the staff were amazing and helpful even with the language barrier. The location is authentically Japanese, or as close as possible. The Onsens were amazing and food was delicious. I was planning on gate keeping the location so it doesn’t become too westernised, but the place is too amazing and hopefully it keeps its Japanese roots. "

"Exceptional hospitality, food, and amenities - It's a highlight of our trip. When we arrived at property, almost entire staff greeted us on the street by the entrance. Kaiseki meals were wonderful. The second floor recreation room was a happy place to be -Zen garden view, delicious snacks, drinks, and late night soup... The rooms were clean and spacious. Onsen pools were nice, especially the roof top one. We look forward to our next trip there"

"A good place to get away for quiet and peaceful environment The room and onsen are nice and clean Live guitar music makes my stay more memorable"

"This was an amazing Japanese resort experience! The food and drinks were high caliber and included in the package. There were delicacies and food presented in a very unique and very Japanese way. I wasn’t expecting this kind of luxury and cultural experience. It wax truly an incredible place."

"Excellent customer services. A good choice if you consider staying in Jozankei."

"Great dining experience, a special offer compared to other onsen hotels nearby, young vibes and sustainable, good for sake lovers."

"If you want a classic onsen hot spring experience this is a great value. The room was cozy and comfortable. The baths are wonderful and relaxing. The staff are all very nice and accomodating. Great buffet dining with local foods featured. Amazing Japan experience close to downtown Sapporo"

"Wonderful people, service, and meal. Strongly recommend to visit."

"お部屋がとても綺麗、テレビが大きく見やすい、ベッドの寝心地が最高、空調がバッチリ◎ お部屋から大浴場まで少し遠い"

"Great place. Good fresh food. Only negative is the smell from smokers neighbor."

"An amazing experience in a traditional Japanese inn! The room was expansive and spacious, and definitely try the onsen, even if it seems intimidating to try as a foreigner. I experienced it in the winter after hiking snow trails, so it really soothes the body! The surrounding resort is beautiful and easy to walk to many hotspots in the area. The non-reservation restaurant on B1F is nice, but their menu is limited in the evening, so plan ahead if you are looking for nighttime dining. "

"Great place with wonderful food. A bit disorganized and strange that there was no shower in the room- but overall a great experience"

"Great service and facilities. High recommended to female who deserve a wonderful break..solo non Japanese speaker is definitely no issue. "

"A true gem in Jozankei. It’s a very well maintained onsen. The staffs are super polite and food was amazing. "

"The traditional Japanese style room was great and we had a beautiful thirteenth floor view of the green lush mountains. Paddleboarding nearby was also great. Nice town and wonderful people. "
