"As soon as I got there the staff immediately started helping, they helped with luggage, opened the doors, guided me where to go. They led me to check in which is on the 51st floor. Gave me my room card and there was a water station there so I got some. Headed to my room and it was enormous. "I have request non smoking room before arrival, however, the smell of the room still really bad of smokers, not sure whether the room that assigned to me is smoking floor is not cause i forgot to ask since i arrived very late at night and very tired.
