Richborough Roman Fort is just one of the landmarks located 2.4 mi (3.9 km) from central Ash, so you might want to stop by for a few pics during your trip. Hotels.com travelers also say the area is full of friendly people and has lots of nice beaches.
Super friendly staff who were easy to converse with, the inn was well maintained with vintage roots and a splash off modern. The food was excellent. On the listing it does say they have laundry facilities, but after asking it turns out they don’t. So be aware if that is a need. I would surely go back again if I am in the area!
Margaret was incredibly helpful in providing suggestions on how to navigate the city and provided excellent suggestions for restaurants.
The morning breakfast was delicious and plentiful.
Our room was very spacious, the couch was very comfortable and the bed was fantastic. After a full day of walking around Dover, this was a very special retreat. The views are just amazing.
We will plan a trip to spend more time with Margaret.
