Parking is good, we had a ground floor accessible twin bed room which was very good. Dining area was light and spacious. Breakfast selection was very good, only thing I didn’t personally like was how the selection of jams honey marmalade are presented. We ate two evening meals during our stay and they were of a good standard. Staff were all very nice and helpful.

Best hotel we have stayed in when visiting family in Cliftonville over the past 2.5 years. If we were being picky then asked for decaf tea but actually given green tea, so had to be thrown away and no cranberry juice at the bar. Overall, it was an excellent hotel and definitely where we will be staying when we visit again. Staff were very helpful and a credit to the hotel.

We stayed 3 nights and couldn’t fault it. It was very clean and well maintained, we even thought it had been recently renovated but it hadn’t. Will stay there again

Nice clean rooms. Hotel very central to get to margate ramsgate and whitstable. Lovely helpful staff. Breakfast was ok and plenty of choice. Nice to see some of the old art deco features have been kept.

Very good one night stay, despite being on main road, there was no noise, staff were all very attentive and helpful, breakfast was good Only downside was the postcode given took me to the other side of the road, and the actual hotel is hard to see from the road, until you have driven past it

Our room had a few issues when we arrived. It was cold, the water didn't drain away very well and the tv handset couldn't adjust the volume on the set, which was too high. Within 15 mins of reporting these issues, they had replaced the handset, cleared the sink and brought up a small radiator (and explained how the thermostat worked) The room was was clean and comfortable and the included breakfast was good with plenty of options. Would definitely stay there again
