"Location was great! Our room was good. My husband has mobility issues so getting in and out of the shower was difficult for him. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The only real issues were getting into the hotel from Hwy 24 proved difficult with traffic, and though the bartender was pleasant, chicken tenders were way overcooked and the Brussel sprouts that came with the tender brisket, were hard as rock and could not even be cut with the steak knife. Potato soup was yummy though. So we rate this hotel 4 out of 5 stars. "

"The photos don’t show the reality. The room I stayed in must be updated. The door locker is not good, I felt unsafe. Staff was okay and I received my refund for the $100 deposit right away. "

"Our stay was fairly average overall, with a mix of positives and areas that could really use improvement. The room itself was an okay size, but cleanliness was a concern—particularly in the bathroom, which seemed like it hadn’t had a proper deep clean in some time. The baseboards were noticeably dirty, and there were stains on the walls that took away from the overall feel of the space. There were also some maintenance issues. One of the drawers wouldn’t stay shut unless we physically blocked it with a chair, and the fridge had an unpleasant, lingering smell. The furniture felt quite outdated, especially the chairs, and the bedding was just okay—the pillows were small and flat, and the duvet felt very basic rather than comfortable or cozy. The pool area was nice in terms of appearance, but quite small. It became crowded quickly with more than a few people, which made it less enjoyable. On the plus side, having convenient access to Denny’s for breakfast and Moxie’s for lunch, dinner, or evening drinks was definitely a highlight and added some value to the stay."

"Great location, very close to the central downtown hub in great restaurant in walking vicinity. It was also great to have the option for Tim Hortons or Starbucks in the morning as they are both connected to the hotel and the mall that the hotel is connected to."

"The room was economical and well located. My only suggestion for improvement is the operation of the heating unit. I wanted the fan to be on low continuously. But, it cycled all night. Probably an easy fix."

"Definitely not the comfiest hotel bed, and the pillows were as hard as throw pillows. Also the bathtub drain was broken"

"We were very happy with the staff, cleanliness, and the breakfast was nice. Something for everyone. Pool looked clean and inviting. Have to remember my suit next time. We would definitely stay again. "
