"Booked a stay for a long layover. Complimentary shuttle to and from airport was a great service. The hotel was surrounded by gates and a security guard. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was perfect for a couple hours of rest. Shower worked great, although the water toggled between hot and cold for part of the shower. We felt safe and well cared for."

Deluxe option gives you one-way free Airport transfer. Very Convient for arrivals after long flight. Fast Internet. Highly recommend! "

"I had a wonderful comfortable room with ensuite. It was quiet and clean, the staff were very friendly. There is a driver if you want to go on any tours. The breakfast was lovely, there was no buffet as it was low season, but an al a carte menu and snack menu were available. I just found the place so relaxing with amazing gardens and wildlife, I loved that it wasn’t busy."

Location is great for pick up for tours in the area, easy walking distance to markets and just a beautiful building inside and out. The lady at the front desk and the manger on duty were extremely helpful and just nice people."

"We had just one night but hotel and surroundings are very nice and it is clean. Food was ok from a buffet. All in all my best recommendations and we will use this place again. "

"Fantastic modern and spacious room with a splendid view of the national park. Appreciated the balcony although it was a little cold at times still in March. Staff were fantastic across the hotel, always eager to help and check if we needed anything. Highly recommend. Breakfast offerings and view (again of the park) was great, as well as the rooftop bar on the 10th floor. The swimming pool is super aesthetic but not huge - more for lounging and paddling.
