the bed was comfy. close walk to places if you don’t wanna rent a Scooter the staff is very kind. The breakfast it comes with was very delicious. you can watch the surfers and beautiful sunsets. I really enjoyed my stay.

We are not resort people at all, but we did enjoy our stay at the Bali Beach Hotel. Great room overlooking the ocean and pool area. We also enjoyed the included breakfast and dinner at the new Spanish style one on the roof and the traditional Balinese food in the hotel. Highly recommended.

Service was the best, there were so many excellent personal I couldn’t name them all but thank you to all the staff that attended us. We plan to return. We were upgraded , food was delicious, pool, drinks. Hotel has a amazing theme, it needs some maintenance but would still recommend.

If you're going to stay in this area of Bali, this is the place to stay. To be honest, I don't know if it is truly a "5 star" resort as it doesn't come close to the Ritz Carlton-level, but it is a really nice place. The resort is family friendly with all kinds of activities for the kids. Plus, centrally located to good bars / restaurants I think my only real issue was the size / quality of the room for the price point. I've stayed in way larger / nicer rooms for $200 a night. At least...

The hospitality at maya ubud is unmatched from all previous experiences at other hotels. If staying in ubud, this resort is the place to be. Also, I huge shoutout to one of the workers ganggawir, he was exceptional and made sure everything went well for me and the wife during are stay. He went above and beyond with every little thing when caring for us. Thank you ganggar and maya ubud!

I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Nusa Dua. The staff were genuinely helpful and welcoming, and the hotel was clean and well maintained. The location was convenient, and the breakfast spread was amazing, with plenty of options to choose from. I’d happily stay here again and recommend it to others.

I stand firmly behind my five stars - this hotel definitely earned them on service alone. The staff memorize your name - not just a few, lots of them remember who you are! Constantly trying to help, constantly engaging in friendly conversation. We felt like we were visiting friends! Where to start. I chose this hotel for my honeymoon and I'm very happy I did. I booked the lagoon view room but when I arrived I asked to be moved to the best Lagoon room with access to the private lagoon pool and out door bed. Now what I didn't know is that they knew it was my honeymoon so in the old room they had a cake and an amazing swan made out of towels on the bed with flower pestles around it. What made me happy was when I asked to be moved to a better room, they made the same thing...
