Excellent hotel and service. We had a suite and it was an amazing room. The service in all seared was excellent, especially at check in with a warm welcome. Food was excellent and the pool was the perfect space to unwind. We are back in a few days to end our Bali trip, would consider a full trip here next time

We are not resort people at all, but we did enjoy our stay at the Bali Beach Hotel. Great room overlooking the ocean and pool area. We also enjoyed the included breakfast and dinner at the new Spanish style one on the roof and the traditional Balinese food in the hotel. Highly recommended.

Very friendly staff, excellent location. There was however some noise during the morning due to maintenance (hammer). Housekeeping did come in to refresh the room with towels and water bottles even when the don’t disturb sign was visible. Nice property overall.

What an incredible time my wife and I had at The Bali Beach Hotel. Starting with Buffet breakfast. the staff could not do enough to meet all our breakfast needs. Then down to the Olympic sized pool for water aerobics followed by a bite of lunch and afternoon cocktails. Thank you for a spectacular week

If you are travelling and want an airport hotel this is okay it’s incredibly busy takes a long time for room Service to come the lifts were broken - for a big hotel out of four lifts there was only two. I had to walk up the stairs quite a bit and I was on the 10th floor when the staff did reach out they were very good and flexible and accommodating to help you -

Quick and easy check in with snacks available in the check in area while you wait for your room to be ready. We were celebrating my husband’s birthday and they decorated the room and provided a complimentary small cake. Although not the hotels fault, we had neighbours ( 2 young females) move in next door who were very loud on the first night and then woke us at 3am the following morning with loud music and very loud talking, some screaming, We spoke to the wonderful Narendra at reception who spoke to the people occupying the room, only to be woken again with loud music and them banging on the walls, another visit to Narendra who quickly found us another room, we cannot thank him enough for this. The whole experience and location of this hotel is fantastic, we can’t wait to visit again. My only whinge was the breakfast was the same every day, not much variety but again not a big problem
