"We chose not to opt in to the daily cleaning as we didn't feel it was necessary. Our only challenge came when we asked for clean towels. We asked for them 3 different times on one day and never got them. Other than that we had a great time. It's super convenient to public transportation and there's a market that sets up next door on the weekends!"

"The hotel was amazing and very safe, featuring a wonderful staff, delicious food, and a perfect location within walking distance of popular spots. From day one, every staff member—including the front desk, waiters, bellhops, maintenance, housekeeping, drivers, etc, etc, greeted us with a warm smile and was always happy to help. Hope to be back soon."

"Highlights: - Perfect for family with little/young kids as this seems to be the only hotel in Polanco area that is resort-like. All other hotels are high rises - Outdoor heated pool was the best. Again, most likely this is the only hotel in this area with an outdoor pool - Rooms were large for a city center hotel - Buffet and other onsite restaurants were great - Staff was fantastic - A bit of history in an otherwise commercial part of Mexico City. Feels like you are in Mexico City rather than New York City - Walkable to several restaurants and shopping"
