It is the most beautiful hotel in Mexico City with a tiffany-stained glass ceiling over the entire lobby and Effiel wrought iron elevators and his works all over the lobby. The staff is unbeatable, it has 24-hour security at the door, a view of the Zocalo from the restaurant. the rooms are elegant, and well appointed. the location on the Zocalo is unbeatable to access everything in the centro historico area."

They had a card dedicated for them so you didn’t have to explain. They even had a one time free mini bar in the room of about five drinks (1 waters 2 pop and 2 beers) which was a plus."

The staff was really helpful and offered to help when I had a special request to use the laundry room (which is free of charge, you just need provide your own detergent). The patio, gym and games room were all very clean. The location is on a quieter street in the neighborhood, which is nice."
