"Great hotel, just bring ear plugs if you’re on the lower floors, lots of street noise. Excellent staff, they were very helpful and the hotel is secure and trustworthy. Hotel is a little dated but besides that very clean and excellent service and comfort."

Util porque si hay restaurantes, kioskos, y cerca para caminar de lo principal y en Uber a Palermo y Recoleta.
Mmm habitación pequeña y no dan nada de suministros, muy sencillo todo y que barbaridad que cobren el expreso que se solicita en la mañana porque el café era bien feo.

"I had a few worries after reading Google reviews just before check-in, but my 10-night stay was absolutely fine (and great value).
I booked a single room and got a double - even better, it was at the end of the building with a window opening to the outside instead of into the hallway. The extra space and fresh air was much appreciated for my long stay.
The bed was comfy and the room had plenty of floor and surface space for all my stuff. There would be space for two, and though the bathroom door is glass, it's frosted and full-height so provides privacy. But only one side of the bed had a table and reading light.
Great location - just off a main avenue with shops, cafes, restaurants, buses to everywhere right outside, and Subte stations for two underground lines within 10 mins walk. I felt safe walking alone as a woman even at night.
Luggage was stored on a locked chain after checkout. Cleaning staff greeted me warmly in the hallways and the guy who checked me in was friendly.
Points for improvement:
- Room lighting is very dim, particularly over the desk. A desk lamp would help.
- Comfier desk chair would be nice.
- Lighting on the staircase could also be a bit brighter for safe climbing.
- The shower door lets a lot of water out - the bathmat got soaked after only one or two showers, requiring daily changes.
- Sheets/blanket and towels had some brown stains.
- The way the bed is made with a sheet on top of the duvet folded under is annoying.
- Only two pillows."
"I stayed for two nights in late May. I chose it because I was traveling with a small dog, and because I had to take the BuqueBus to Montevideo. The hotel is roughly 4 blocks from the area where the ferry docks. It is a nice hotel that has known better times. It needs better upkeep (new carpets, new paint, nothing major) and much better cleaning. My room was dusty in the corners and behind drapery. The staff was very helpful and prefessional. I do not recommend the bar as the drinks are expensive and very small. Location was really good for what I needed to do, but my trip was not a vacation."
"Location on this Ibis was perfect. Walking distance to main attractions and restaurant. I had my service dog with me so the park nearby was very handy. Breakfast was available but pricey. Overall it did what I need."
