"Location is incredible and it’s very spacious and safe for a proper old city experience. Taxis are very easy to get just outside the main door to the hotel and this might be the biggest hotel in the old city that I know of. Definitely the most spacious in terms of rooms and hallways and that breakfast area…I was shocked it was that roomy. This place would be perfect if you have a group of guests visiting together."

"The room was clean and spacious for Israel. Staff were all extremely helpful and kind. The Israeli breakfast was something special, with fresh fruit, vegetables, salads, fish, hot entrees, and baked goods of all sorts. The self-serve cappuccino machines were appreciated. Best feature for a Jerusalem hotel was the outdoor pool - grande! and a small pool for children and a little play area. This was in addition to a large indoor swimming pool and a good indoor gym."
