"The staff is exceptionally helpful, especially Medi at the front desk. The rooms are clean and free from outside noise. The curtains work perfectly to black out the room at night. The hotel is a good value, even if one is not coming for the automotive scenery, which is also very nice. The three restaurants have something for everyone with good service. Breakfast is a successful combination of German as well as general Western offerings that international customers are accustomed to. "

The hotel has free parking and safe behind the hotel which was easy and felt safe. The welcome from the staff is very welcoming and informative, always looking to help. Really great styling around the whole hotel in the exception area (free hot drinks at certain times was a great bonus) and modern clean rooms. Roof terrace also great with excellent views. Only slight negative was the towels. A bit small and quite rough! Not enough of an issue to reduce my full mark score though. Thanks for a great stay!"

"Clean room that had a modern feel but a lot of character (and a real perk being able to rent a guitar to the room). Bar in the hotel was really cool and leans into the theme of the hotel (being a former TV studio) and drinks were sublime. Staff really friendly and overall, I find it hard to fault anything - we really enjoyed our stay here and if returning to Cologne, would likely stay here again. (Especially being in a good and central location - everything is walkable) "

"Room was brilliant! Everything we needed! The hotel was located close enough to the main town, but far enough outside that it wasn't too busy, and was easy to find. Loved the complimentary bottles of water, cola, and apple juice. Bed was huge and comfy! Overall a fab stay! Bit gutted that we couldn't go the the cocktail bar on the top floor as it closes in January, but I guess we'll just have to come back to try it!"

"Great hotel, in excellent location. Mediapark is a great place to stay- lovely lake, nearby walks and easy walkable distance to all key sights. Staff are super helpful and friendly. Air conditioning isnt great, but powerful fans are available. Highly recommend and would be happy to stay again. "
