This property is amazing!! I would definitely stay here again. All the staffs were very friendly, courteous and attentive. They made me feel so welcomed and they all spoke English pretty well. They picked me up from the airport for about $30 U.S dollars and it was stress free. The property has an infinity pool and the view from my room of the rice field was so beautiful! They have a shuttle that runs every few hours to take you to the center of Ubud where you can walk around and eat and shop....

The Maya Ubud was incredible! Perfect for a couples getaway. The property and grounds are beautiful and the villas are quiet and very private. Even though the resort was almost full it never felt that way, the atmosphere was relaxed and luxurious the entire time. Where to start. I chose this hotel for my honeymoon and I'm very happy I did. I booked the lagoon view room but when I arrived I asked to be moved to the best Lagoon room with access to the private lagoon pool and out door bed. I can't recommend the Puri Santrian enough. This hotel was the main ingredient for the mostly relaxing vacation I've ever had. The check-in was flawless. My room was exceptional. Housekeeping was excellent. The staff was always there when you needed them but were not overly intrusive. The whole experience was geared to your comfort and convenience. Located directly on the beach, you have endless opportunities to enjoy all types of activities. Dining options at the hotel were exceptional....
