Enjoyed the personal greeting and staying with family, that's the reason we like these kinds of stays. Property was well marked and easy to find, in a quiet area. Host was helpful and responsive. This hotel was really nice! We sprang for the balcony view room, and we should have arrived earlier to take advantage. The restaurant downstairs was bustling with other travelers, not just from the hotel. We did have some time to sit out and enjoy the evening coming down on Lake Como.
