This was one of the most exceptional experiences I have ever had. The drive up the mountain was a bit nerve wracking, however, the setting was surreal. The accommodations were clean, rustic elegance. The view was sublime and the food was exquisite. There are many, many summer and winter activities to participate in. This place is worth traveling across the ocean to stay at!
Overall, this place was fantastic. The hotel did not disappoint. Only complaint is we were in the area during the “off season”, and all the surrounding businesses were essentially closed. But the breakfast alone at this hotel is reason enough to go back if I ever find myself in Switzerland again.

It is a bit outside of Chamonix center, which we were not expecting (in the Argentiere area, only a 10-15 min train ride but too far to walk) and can be inconvenient late at night as public transportation closes early. We had an excellent stay! The room was clean, spacious, and you can tell it was recently renovated. It was nice to have the toilet separate from the shower to get the family out on the slopes and to bed faster. Beds and bedding was cozy. The entrance to hotel.section is through the restaurant below. The waitress check us in. Even though strange we didn't mind since we had food overall experience. The room and bathroom are nicely decorated. Beds were very comfortable. Bathroom had shower and standalone tub. Whole ambiance is luxurious. I enjoyed my stay. Rooms were basic but represented value for money which was what I was after. Good location for cycling. Breakfast was good. Key standout was the couple who manage the hotel who are simply delightful.
These are privately owned condos. I was there during off season (early November), and to my surprise i ended up with a huge loft with a big balcony and kitchen. For the price, I was expecting way less. Great view. Super helpful staff. Very clean. Just far enough away from the action to be quiet, but not too far to walk.
