"Excellent staff, We were late to check in and had an early flight. We could use the shuttle to come to or leave from the hotel for Malpensa airport for free. However you can pre-arrange 25 Euro arrangement if you book before you come. Hotel was clean and in a good area. We did not stay for breakfast"

"I highly recommend as a hotel when flying in and out of Malpensa Airport. Otherwise, the surrounding area has nothing to offer. The airport shuttle is not free, at €5 per person at peak hours and €25 per trip in off-peak."

"We appreciated the shuttle van back and forth from the airport for only 5 euros per person. The room was very quiet and comfortable. There was a bar and coffee machine in the lobby and fresh cold filtered water machine on each floor. The breakfast buffet was huge for only 12 euros per person and they prepared your coffee as you requested. I had delicious caffe latte."

"The rooms were very spacious, especially if you had a lake view. Would’ve liked to spend more time on the balcony, unfortunately, the area was suffering a pretty brutal The only time we ate on the premises was in the bar. Had an absolutely wonderful club sandwich. Would recommend highly. Lastly, we really enjoyed the pool area. We were able to enjoy drinks and food as well."
