I stayed for a week and enjoyed it very much. The room was clean and comfortable and air conditioned. The staff was exceptional and very friendly. The breakfast was five star every morning and the servers were great. Even the wifi was strong. There is a great food place across the street and a grocery store and a train stop to downtown is right there as well. This is a great little gem on the outside of town and worth it! I will stay here again in May when I return.
Nice rooms and a nice, accommodating staff. The hotel itself is not in the best area and is a train ride/ taxi ride away from most things in Naples. They supposedly have a shuttle service to the city center, but they were not running it while we were there. The Spa was relaxing, although some of the "relax" packages were not really explained much beforehand. Check in was a wonderful experience after stressful transportation to get to the hotel. Staff was very accommodating and helped us arrange an airport car transfer the following day and walked us to the ATM when requested.
The room and bathroom were clean, spacious and the lighting was great. The room was quiet and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious offering a wide array of things to choose from including delicious Italian baked goods.
The staff was great and so helpful trying to make our stay an enjoyable one.

We chose to stay here as to wanting to be near the coast. I had booked this based on reviews. This hotel was wonderful, staff was amazing, rooms are what we expected for Naples. Area is most likely one of the safest. You have everything at your fingertips. Nightlife, restaurants, cafes, sunbathing, the Port of Naples and their major "downtown" shopping area, all within walking distance. Views! Loved it so much staying there again.
This place is beautiful. The staff is friendly, respectful, and helpful. I had a problem with the TV, and it was quickly solved. The WI-FI was very spotty; however, it was a moderate problem as we were too tired to do anything. The spotty WI-FI can be a problem, especially when planning what to do. Finally, I am transgender, and one very positive side of this place is that I felt safe, and there was no misgendering.
Room was really nice and quiet, staff was amazing and the location is good as long as you want to me close to the train station.
Only thing I didn’t like was the fitness center, old, small and too basic

This was our best hotel in Italy. They staff was always receptive to our need and arranged for a nice private driver to take us around Naples, to Pompeii abdate night dinner to the coast.
The Naples city center-or Centro Storico-is a hive of activity and some would say utter chaos. It's a rabbit warren of narrow streets and alleys, many impassible to cars. This hotel provides a luxurious, safe oasis amidst the craziness. A tremendous plus is that you can actually drive to this hotel so taxis can get there. The Toledo Hotel was a very good choice for us: clean, good location, helpful staff, lovely breakfast on the rooftop terrace. When noise from patrons at a local bar kept us awake, they moved us to another room. The lounge area was warm and comfy.
I like the location of the hotel being close to shops. It is clean and well maintained though I could use a softer bed. The staff are nice though and the location is convenient.
Dahiana is very friendly and extremely helpful. She make everything clear and easy for us during the check in process. She also recommended a great local restaurant for us. I’ll pick this hotel again if I come back to the city.
