"What a location ! Views were fantastic ! Room was super comfortable and staff were very hospitable and helpful. Highly recommend getting the courtesy shuttle to drop and pick up at the Wengen train station. The hotel is a short walk uphill and can be difficult to manage with multiple suitcases. Property is centrally located with many great restaurants within walking distance. Close to the train station and connected by train and gondola to the rest of the valley."

Next day, there was an electrical shortage and we were without power for almost an hour until we saw him walk by and made him aware of it, he blamed us for over using the hair dryer and causing it, however we used it once the day before, not that morning; he was short with us as well. He got yo early and made us breakfast. Overall, he was not approachable not friendly, maybe he was having a bad week. However the place is worth it"
