"Wonderful location, great staff and the rooms had all the amenities you’d want. The only issue was the showers as the floor was very slippery and the hand spray nozzle sprayed water everywhere- even under the glass door . A very strange design"

"Excellent hotel, staff were really helpful and arranged early check in as we arrived at 10am after a 14 hr flight. Breakfast is superb, gym is a little limited space wise but has everything needed for basic workouts. Vitacura area is a 15minute walk away and has plenty of good restaurants, bars and a Duo supermarket for those all important Chilean wines to bring home"

"The staff greeted us with a warm welcome and good recommendations for nearby restaurants. They also booked us an excellent driver for a day trip to Valparaiso the following day. The room was a suite and it overlooked the nearby mountains. I would highly recommend the hotel, especially considering the value we received for the money."
