"I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help with any questions or requests. "I had a good stay at this hotel. The location was excellent—very central and close to El Poblado, restaurants, shopping, and many attractions. It was convenient to get around and explore the city. The staff was friendly, and the experience was pleasant. I would stay here again."

"DO NOT BOOK this hotel unless you want your money or belongings stolen.The cleaning staff stole money from my zipped up bag. I had counted the money in the morning that i put aside for a tour we were taking then left the room. The next morning i went to retrieve the $ and i had more than half ofnit missing. When I went downstairs to the reception area to tell them the girl looked annoyed and told me she can't do anything and that later on the cleaning staff manager will investigate. Management is basically giving me the run around and when I contacted the police they said it is not the 1st time. Expedia should take this hotel off!"
