This is an excellent hotel for what it is, a basic hotel. The room is comfortable, shower is good and it had a balcony as well as a table where one can work, relax or eat. The hotel has a restaurant and serves a nice breakfast. Hotel staff is friendly.
It would have been good to have instructions on how to enter the indoor parking facility. It was a shame also that the charging stations were not operational although advertised as available online. There was no option to check out on the self service screen at the reception.
A wonderful stay! The views were incredible! Dorothy was so gracious and accommodating. Petit Hotel is a must for those visiting the region! We will stay there on our next visit to Neuchatel! Thank you again to Dorothy and her staff!
I stayed here for two nights when I attended a wedding in this beautiful little town. The hotel was perfect..clean, well-maintained, friendly staff, a nice restaurant, a great breakfast and in a central location in the old part of town. I loved it and would highly recommend to anyone visiting the area.
This Hotel is wonderful in every way! The staff was very accommodating and surprised us with an upgrade to a suite which had a huge balcony, kitchen, 2 baths and a living room. Did I mention 2 TVs! The breakfast was very good with a lot of fresh fruit, which I appreciated, meats, cheeses, eggs, assortment of breads and pastries. First I must say this was not my first choice. I usually book the 'day of' when I arrive in a city, but this time, there was nothing reasonably priced so I found this place. I was at first a bit disappointed that I was not in the city center BUT it turns out it was a 4 stop bus ride which was about 6 minutes to get to the main train station. The location was wonderful with a beautiful view of the mountains. Our host, Sergio, was great! Our room was spacious fitting 3 of us comfortably. The rooms were clean, the breakfast was delicious. I would definitely come here again! Highly recommend! We were visiting for Ironman Switzerland and it was a great location, with plenty of space to assemble bikes and store them indoors as well.
Great hotel can get there from the train with a tram/bus or a brief walk 1km. Hotel was very modern and quiet. Breakfast had almost everything you would want. Will definitely visit again.
