"Lovely budget hotel in a beautiful town. We stayed in a four bed family room. Very clean and very well maintained. Beds very comfy.
Surprised that the window opens fully inwards. Potential safery hazard for younger children.
Breakfast great but slightly expensive for what was on offer. Just scrambled egg and bacon for hot choices. Coffee and continental options very good.
Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Very happy to recommend. "

Great and friendly staff. Great location for skiing, great restaurant & breakfast. Even if its on the slopes you can easily get to the shops and restaurants with complimentary shuttle (cool) or by foot. Facilities avail such as ski room, luggage, ski boot dryer. Did not visit the spa but im sure it has the same quality as the rest of the hotel. Great cleaning of the room also. Happy with the stay and will come back."

"Be careful booking this location the room and resort were great but our building was under separate ownership which meant it was fully self catered the there were no towels no sheets for the beds only the duvet and pillows which were stained and not pleasant to sleep on. We found a cockroach in one of the kitchen appliances and there was no way of getting service from reception as they had nothing to do with the building/room. Be careful staying here "

"Excellent hotel the staff were super friendly and couldn’t do enough for you, breakfast was really enjoyable with plenty of selection, location is a 10min walk to the center, plus side is the bus stop is right outside of the hotel that takes you straight to the telecabine"

"Excellent base for a family skiing holiday!
Flaine is not a particularly attractive resort but the skiing is very good and the Residence where we stayed was comfortable and well located. Ski shop, local supermarket, parking and restaurant all within the complex. Ski in/out. Would recommend. "

"Ideal & very convenient location. Reception very efficient & friendly. Rooms are spacious & clean. Unusual to get a kettle with tea & coffee in a French hotel. Nice that they've upgraded plug sockets with USB points. Plenty of parking space. Would definitely use as a stopover again. "

I also enjoyed the continental breakfast. The selection wasn't huge, but decent quality.

"Property was a short walking distance to downtown and basically a ski in ski out resort. Rooms were large and clean and the staff was great. Spa facilities lived up to expectations and breakfast and dinner was excellent. Not a very lively resort but for us that was great. "
